Nelson Spring Beach Resort is located on 3.5 acres of glorious coconut-palm lined beachfront property on the leeward (Caribbean) side of Nevis. Nelson Spring features 24 luxurious two, three and four bedroom condos arranged in a U configuration where each condo has expansive views of the lagoon, infinity pool, golden sand beach, the Caribbean sea and the neighboring island St. Kitts. The luxurious, beachfront condos are fully furnished and appeal to couples, families, and independent travelers.
The resort is located at Nelson Spring named after British Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson who watered his ships from the Nevis spring during the 1700s. This unspoiled fresh water spring is active today and an initial supply of bottled Nelson Spring water is available upon arrival. We are conveniently located between Charlestown, Nevis’ capital and Nevis’ Vance Amory airport; just north of the Four Seasons resort with its world-famous Robert Trent Jones golf course.
Nelson Spring Beach Resort condos are arranged to offer dramatic views of the Caribbean Sea and the neighboring island, St. Kitts, with their wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, and spacious verandahs. The condos are luxuriously furnished with Egyptian marble floors throughout the living space. The spacious front porch affords guests stunning views of the dormant volcano, Mt. Nevis 3,232 feet above sea level.
Condos at Nelson Spring Beach Resort are beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The Kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances including propane stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Master bedrooms are fully fitted with King/Queen beds with matching furniture and twin/queen beds and matching furniture in guest bedrooms, cable television in the living room and some units in the bedrooms. The Condos are fully air conditioned, and have fiber-optic Internet and fans throughout.
The resort is professionally landscaped by world renowned landscape architect, Julie Toll. There is a large, infinity pool with swim-up bar and deck chaise lounges for guests to sun and swim. Beach amenities include chaise lounges, tables, umbrellas for guest use. Ground level parking, laundry facilities, and storage are conveniently located under each unit.
Nelson Spring Beach Resort offers a fully staffed office to arrange restaurant reservations, car rental, taxi service, and water activities. Housekeeping services (weekly), security, landscape and maintenance services are provided. On-site facilities include Spa Nevis, a full service spa offering top quality massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services in a tranquil setting- www.spanevis.com ; a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an all weather tennis court. Currently onsite is The Yachtsman Grill offering lunch, dinner and bar service which will be moving to larger facilities nearby on the beach in early 2011. The Coconut Grove restaurant with pizza bar is located next door and a top Indian restaurant is available to guests across the Main Road. Mansa’s is north on the Main Road a short distance for groceries, fruits, vegetables. Several full-service grocery stores are in Charlestown- Best Buy, Ram’s, IGA, and SuperFoods.
